These terms describe how Zellio Rewards points are earned, held, and redeemed as rewards cards.
Membership is free. Anyone over 18 who is an Australian resident may join. Membership is not conditional on being a tenant or the party to any residential tenancy agreement.
You start with a welcome bonus when you join. Every eligible switch you complete through Zellio earns points. Points are earned per confirmed switch and are not linked to rent, tenancy, or on-time payments.
Every 5,000 points can be redeemed as a $20 rewards card. Cards are delivered to your Zellio wallet and are spendable at Coles, Woolies, Mecca, JB Hi-Fi, Bunnings, and hundreds of other Australian retailers. Cards are valid for three years from the date they are issued.
Your Zellio points do not expire.
Zellio may receive a referral fee from our switching partner when you find a new offer through us. Where applicable, your property manager may also receive a referral fee. This is how the program is funded. You never pay Zellio anything.
Zellio does not process rent payments, does not change how rent is paid, and does not charge renters.
