Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are a working draft prepared for legal review. They do not constitute legal advice. Zellio Pty Ltd should have these reviewed by a qualified Australian solicitor before publishing.

1. About Zellio

Zellio is operated by Zellio Pty Ltd (ABN to be confirmed) ("Zellio", "we", "us", "our"). Zellio is a rent rewards platform that allows eligible Australian renters to earn points on on-time rent payments and redeem those points for gift cards via our rewards partner, Prezzee.

By creating a Zellio account you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Points Terms.

When you register for a Zellio account you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must notify us immediately at hello@zellio.com.au if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

You may only hold one Zellio account. Creating multiple accounts to earn additional points is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all points.

4. Email forwarding and data collection

Zellio's points crediting system operates by receiving forwarded rent receipt emails from your property manager's software. By setting up email forwarding as instructed during signup, you authorise Zellio to:

Points expire 12 months after the last verified on-time rent payment on your account. We will send you an email reminder 30 days before expiry. Expired points cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
