1. About Zellio

Zellio is operated by Zellio Pty Ltd (ABN to be confirmed) ("Zellio", "we", "us", "our"). Zellio is a rent rewards platform that allows eligible Australian renters to earn points on on-time rent payments and redeem those points for gift cards via our rewards partner, Prezzee.

By creating a Zellio account you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Points Terms.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a Zellio account you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Be a current residential tenant in Australia
• Have a valid email address
• Rent a property managed by a participating property management agency
• Have a unique rent payment reference number assigned by your property manager

3. Account registration

When you register for a Zellio account you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must notify us immediately at hello@zellio.com.au if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

You may only hold one Zellio account. Creating multiple accounts to earn additional points is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all points.

4. Email forwarding and data collection

Zellio's points crediting system operates by receiving forwarded rent receipt emails from your property manager's software. By setting up email forwarding as instructed during signup, you authorise Zellio to:

• Receive forwarded email receipts from your property manager
• Read and process email header data including sender information, timestamps and message identifiers
• Extract your rent payment reference number to verify and match payments to your account
• Credit points to your account based on verified on-time payments

You acknowledge that Zellio reads email header data only, not the body content of emails beyond what is necessary to verify your rent payment. Zellio does not store full email content.

5. How points are earned

Subject to these Terms, members earn points as follows:

• 1 point is credited for every $1 of rent paid on time as verified by receipt email timestamp
• For Free tier (Zellio Rewards) members, rent-based earning is capped at 3,000 points per month regardless of rent paid
• Bonus points are credited for eligible bill switches completed through Zellio. Switch-based earning is not capped
• Points are credited automatically upon receipt and verification of a valid rent receipt email or successful switch confirmation
• Points are only credited for rent payments to properties managed by participating agencies
• A payment is considered "on time" if the receipt email is received by Zellio on or before the rent due date recorded in your account
• Rent-based earning requires activation through one completed eligible switch and is subject to the 12-month re-activation rule for Free tier members (see Section 7)
• Zellio reserves the right to withhold or reverse points if a payment is later returned, reversed or identified as fraudulent

6. Points redemption

Points may be redeemed in accordance with our Points Terms. Key conditions include:

• Minimum redemption threshold is 5,000 points for Free tier members, equal to one $20 Prezzee Smart eGift Card
• Premium subscribers redeem at a lower threshold of 1,500 points = $20 voucher
• Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Redeemed gift cards are issued by Prezzee and subject to Prezzee's own terms and conditions
• Zellio is not responsible for the availability, value or performance of Prezzee gift cards
• Points may not be transferred to another person or account

7. Activation and re-activation

Rent-based earning is unlocked when a member completes their first eligible bill switch through Zellio. For Free tier members, rent earning remains active for 12 months from each eligible switch. To keep rent earning active beyond 12 months, members complete one further eligible switch.

If 12 months elapse without an eligible switch, rent-based earning pauses. Existing points are preserved and remain redeemable. Earning resumes immediately on completion of any eligible switch. Premium and Family subscribers are exempt from the 12-month re-activation requirement while the subscription is active.

8. Program changes

Zellio reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the rewards program or any aspect of it at any time. This includes changes to:

• The points earn rate
• The points redemption threshold
• Available rewards and redemption partners
• Eligibility criteria

We will provide at least 30 days notice of material changes via email to your registered address. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of those changes.

9. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• Create multiple accounts to earn additional points
• Submit fraudulent, altered or duplicated receipt emails
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the Zellio platform
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the points crediting system
• Use Zellio for any unlawful purpose

Zellio reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, with forfeiture of all accumulated points.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Zellio's liability to you in connection with the rewards program is limited to the value of points held in your account at the time of the relevant event. Zellio is not liable for:

• Technical failures preventing points crediting or redemption
• Loss or expiry of points due to account inactivity
• Issues with Prezzee gift cards following redemption
• Any indirect, consequential or special loss or damage

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
